  • The “Elevate Your LinkedIn Presence” program: a structured 4-week on-demand experience to improve your profile and confidence on LinkedIn
  • The ELEVATED Visibility Report™: a personalised review of your LinkedIn profile combining expert and AI-assisted insights
  • Digital creative bundles for LinkedIn, including templates, graphics, and post copy (delivered via Canva)
  • Strategic visibility consulting and coaching for individuals and organisations

All services are digital and delivered online. No physical products are shipped.

2. Using Third-Party Platforms

To access some of our content or services, you may need to create accounts with third-party platforms such as Canva or Kajabi. These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their performance, data handling, or service interruptions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access linked to your account use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ELEVATED LTD—including templates, frameworks, copy, reports, graphics, videos, and other materials—is protected intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute our content
  • Claim our intellectual property as your own

The ELEVATED Visibility Report™ is a trademarked service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing in exceptional cases.

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. ELEVATED LTD does not store or access your payment details directly.

6. Use of AI Tools

Some of our services incorporate generative AI tools to provide tailored recommendations, summaries, or visuals. These tools support your progress, but their outputs should be considered as guidance rather than absolute advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any AI-assisted elements. Human oversight is always applied in the delivery of our core services.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use our content responsibly and lawfully
  • Not engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal behaviour
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or distribute harmful content
